We accept refund requests within 30 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Non-refundable cases

  1. Items damaged by improper wearing.
  2. Items marked on sale / clearance.
  3. Custom personalized jewelry.

Refund Process

  1. Please contact us via email to submit your refund request.
  2. Send us photos of the items for checking.
  3. After our confirmation, return the goods to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your refund within 3–5 working days.
    The refund will go back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees for return are borne by the buyer unless the item has quality problems or wrong delivery.
